Deanol And Alopecia - The Treatment For Women

Deanol and alopecia, the treatment and the problem. For most women out there who are experienceing hair loss or thinning, deanol might be a good treatment to try. Deanol contains pure DMAE, whose effects have been studied intensely since 1951. Deanol is scientifically proven to function as a cell membrane stabilizing agent which reinforces the skin's foundation of collagen and elastin. It has also been known to help improve concentration and prevent memory loss. Which leads researchers to wonder, if deanol can do all of that, can it be used to treat patients with alopecia?

Alopecia is a scientific term that refers to hair loss. Alopecia areata, in particular, is an auto immune disease that causes hair loss. It can effect both men and woman of all ages and sexes and their are no known cures. Their are, however, several treatments, and if researchers are correct, there may be one more added soon. Deanol, DMAE, makes cells live longer and helps them to avoid dehydration. It practically performs miracles for one's skin. Many people who have taken Deanol report healthier looking, thicker, hair. Though no studies have been conducted as of yet the effects of Deanol on one's overall appearance is enough to give many hair loss sufferers hope that it can improve their hair's appearance as well.

Because deanol helps to reinforce the skin's foundation of collagen it seems that it may possibly be able to do almost the same for hair. Deanol also causes stimulation through increased blood flow which has been directly linked to increased hair growth. The more blood that is flowing the scalp, the better the chances of hair growth.

Deanol and alopecia may seem like the way of the future but it is important to remember that no real studies have been conducted thus far. The theory that deanol may improve hair growth is just that, a theory. However, there are no real side effects to deanol so it might not hurt to try it. As with any product designed to treat disorders, diseases, or even symptoms, results do vary. Every person is different and what works for some may not work for others.
